Run the full desk: sales recruiting = 360° action.

Build and manage customer relationships from the first cold call to the celebratory placement.

Grow your book of business like it’s your personal empire—through B2B sales, networking, and fearless cold calling.

Match top-tier talent with companies in Manufacturing, Construction, and Transportation/Distribution.

Be the trusted partner for both your clients and your candidates.
Translation: you’ll be part recruiter, part salesperson, part matchmaker, and part professional problem solver.
