Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide overall leadership and successful execution of diverse commercial construction projects within the healthcare, financial, education, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Estimating team during the Preconstruction Phase
  • Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Mentor and support less experienced Project Management staff in daily project operations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to help identify future opportunities
  • Oversee subcontractor and vendor procurement, including buyout, scope reviews, contract execution, insurance, and bonding requirements
  • Lead the resolution of drawing interpretation issues, conflicts, and design errors
  • Manage project documentation processes including:
    • Submittals
    • RFI’s
    • Change Orders
    • Owner Billings
    • Timesheets
    • Vendor/Subcontractor Billings
    • Monthly Reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate Owner Billings by verifying work-in-place quantities
  • Review and verify monthly cost projections and forecasting
  • Oversee project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting updates
Qualifications
  • Broad knowledge of building systems and construction methods
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Ability to independently manage all phases of a project from start to finish
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
