Job Description
A well-reputable company in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced Waste & Recycling Dispatch Manager to oversee daily collection and recycling dispatch operations. This role is responsible for managing drivers, coordinating routes, improving efficiency, and ensuring safe, compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations and route scheduling
- Coordinate drivers, fleet availability, and service coverage
- Monitor route efficiency and resolve service issues in real time
- Ensure DOT, OSHA, and environmental compliance
- Track operational KPIs, safety performance, and customer service standards
- Support driver supervision, scheduling, and training
- Maintain dispatch records and fleet communication systems
Qualifications
- 3 years of dispatch, logistics, transportation, or fleet management experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Waste, recycling, trucking, or environmental services experience is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with dispatch and routing software preferred

Schedule
Full-time, Monday&-Friday with occasional on-call or weekend coverage as needed.
