Our client is a well-established manufacturer of essential safety and specialty equipment located in the Tualatin area. The Role
This is a dynamic role that moves between machine operation, material feeding, and quality inspection. You will oversee the transition of raw materials into finished, packaged products using specialized industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Operation: Run Seal-a-tron heat-sealing and shrink-wrap packaging systems.
  • Lamination Feeding: Load and monitor aluminum metal spools into the laminator, ensuring the feed remains consistent and functional.
  • Material Management: Load foam spools and push materials through various machine stages; trim and remove foam edges to meet specifications.
  • Precision Finishing: Perform silk-screen stamping on products with high manual dexterity and a strong focus on hand safety.
  • Quality Control: Constantly monitor "run status," check the accuracy of machine cuts, and inspect sub-assemblies.
  • Flow & Logistics: Stack processed materials and transport them to the large-scale Seal-a-tron machines for final bulk packaging.

What You Bring
  • Technical Aptitude: 1 years’ experience operating light industrial machinery (experience with shrink wrappers or laminators is a major plus).
  • Dexterity & Safety: High level of hand-eye coordination for silk screening and feeding materials safely into equipment.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of your shift, push/pull material, and lift up to 35-50 lbs regularly.
  • Longevity: Competitive applicants will have a history of staying with employers for at least 1–2 years.
  • Communication: Ability to read and write in English to follow complex work instructions and safety protocols.
