Job Summary
The Outreach and Growth Associate is responsible for driving census growth in Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living Communities in assigned regions. The Outreach and Growth Associate drives census growth by building community relationships, managing leads, and executing marketing strategies. They network with healthcare providers, conduct tours, and follow up with families to increase move-ins. Key responsibilities include managing CRM systems, hosting events, and highlighting the community’s value to prospective residents.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
- Outreach & Networking: Establish relationships with doctors, discharge planners, senior centers, and referral agencies to build a steady pipeline of referrals.
- Lead Management & Sales: Handle inbound inquiries, conduct phone outreach, and follow up with prospects to schedule tours and secure move-ins.
- Tours & Presentations: Conduct engaging, personalized tours and home visits that showcase the community's lifestyle, services, and value.
- Growth Strategies: Execute marketing campaigns and host on-site/off-site events designed to raise community awareness.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records in a CRM system to track lead status and monitor outreach efficiency.
- Market Awareness: Monitor competitor offerings to effectively highlight the community's unique advantages.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social platforms like LinkedIn to identify prospective residents and their families.
- Relationship Management: Build trust with potential residents through personalized outreach and guiding them through the initial sales process.
- Community Networking: Develop partnerships with local healthcare providers, senior centers, and discharge planners to establish a steady referral network.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and hosting community events and tours designed to showcase the facility to prospects and partners.
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and occupancy status within a lead management database.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor local competitors to effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of your specific community
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior living marketing, sales, or community outreach.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills are essential, alongside proficiency in CRM software.
- A compassionate, persuasive, and proactive approach to relationship building and problem-solving.
- Understanding of senior living services and state regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with using Excel and spreadsheets.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills for conducting tours and making follow-up calls.
- Some roles require flexibility for evening or weekend hours to accommodate prospect schedules.
